1989 Sea Ray 440 Convertible is in good condition for her age. Just had the heat exchangers refurbished and new oil coolers. Boat was pulled in 6/20 for new bottom job and props cleaned. There is a water maker that works but needs to be re-hooked up. The upstairs cushions are newer and the upholstery in salon has been re-done. The toilet was not working at the time of inspection.
The carpet needs to be cleaned. Also, the ceiling in the salon has some stains which were there when he bought it.
Bimini top is being restitched. According to the seller a bracket on the port side swim platform might be damaged and replaced or tightened up.
