2001 Silverton 410 Sportbridge with very low reported hours. Great design with tremendous potential as a superb liveaboard, family cruiser or any application you can dream of.
Innovative design with a large salon and a galley / dinette up layout that takes advantage of the large wrap around windows. Beautiful cherry wood interior with curved surfaces and the winding staircase adds a classic element to the interior.
The salon features a large chair and sectional sofa. With a sliding door to the cockpit and large side windows, the interior is light and airy. With the innovative design of steps forward from the cockpit the interior takes full advantage of the 14' 3" beam.
The lower deck features a head to starboard, a guest cabin to port and a large master cabin forward. The master cabin has a queen size walk around berth, dual cedar lined hanging lockers, storage drawers outboard and under berth and a combo washer/dryer unit under the bunk. Additionally, there is a fully enclosed shower compartment to port. Once again, good use of ports and an overhead hatch give light and air to the cabin.
Outside there is a good size cockpit with a transom door to a large swim platform. Molded steps to starboard give easy access to the exceptionally large flybridge. Made for entertaining, there is ample seating and a large sundeck to hold your entire party with no one left out.
A large, comfortable helm seat puts the captain in command. With a well laid out helm and good sight lines this is a wonderful perch to take it all in. Older instruments are present but not tested - a buyer would likely update most if not all equipment. There is a Ray 210 VHF, a Raytheon ST-60 tri data for speed-depth-trip, Raytheon RN300 GPS and a Ritchie compass. Controls are also present for trim tabs, a remote spotlight and a Simpson Lawrence Sprint 1000 windlass with foot controls.
This vessel is reported by the owner to have last been in the water at least 8 years ago. It has been shrink wrapped and winterized during that time, but it will require extensive cleaning and unknown updating on mechanical and electronic systems. The generator is known to be damaged and is inoperable.
This vessel offers a great opportunity for a buyer to purchase a top quality yacht at a price well below market value but it will require the investment of time and money to bring it back to its full potential. Buyer inspections and/ or professional survey will be the only way to accurately assess the current condition and needs.
This vessel has been winterized and shrink wrapped for at least 8 years. Extensive cleaning of outside area will be required and cleaning/freshening will be required inside the yacht. The generator is damaged and inoperable and the rest of the mechanicals and electronics are untested.
