This has been a great family boat for visiting Catalina and fishing off the coast or at her slip. New Garmin electronics on the flybridge work the radar and plotter/fish-finder. There is seating and lounging for eight on the flybridge.
The lower aft deck is ample for a few anglers or to set up with seating to enjoy a BBQ and hang out in the sun.
There are dingy davits on the swim step. The transom has a walk-through door, and the cockpit has plenty of room with a few storage compartments. The bait tank can go with the boat for those who like to have the option to fish by adding a water pump.
The two staterooms share a head with Vacuflush and a stand-alone shower. This is an excellent feature for staying overnight on the boat.
Portside galley with natural wood cabinetry, the starboard salon is also open, light, and bright with wrap-around windows. Great galley layout with new refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, sink, and faucet. The large table and L-shaped seating can accommodate up to six people (with an option to sleep one).
Less than 2 years ago, the vessel was pulled out of the water, sanded, and applied new bottom paint. The thru-hulls were also cleaned at the same time.
No need to be concerned with her age! The transmission was rebuilt less than two years ago on the port side.
The port engine operates without issue.
The starboard engine was rebuilt in Jun 2022

The two furnace vents work excellently for chilly nights.
The brand-new batteries are ample for weekends out at Catalina without needing a generator.
This boat has a rebuilt working Westerbeke Generator as a backup if needed. The recent rebuild of the generator was over $5,000.
The new flooring downstairs is a unique update with a nice cushion feel. In the salon and galley are bamboo laminate floors.
The wallpaper in the hallway & head has tears in areas and needs to be replaced.
There are no foul smells throughout the boat.
Make an offer and have the hull inspected while out of the water. Otherwise, the boat will go back into the water.
