1977 Yorktown 39 For Sale

This is a 1977 Yorktown 39 Center Cockpit. She is very spacious inside. The seller has owned her for 11 years and wants to find someone who will love her even more. She has an extended mast, 2.5" decks, and is a very sturdy boat. There is an extended aft cabin with a queen-size bed. There is a newly stitched and reinforced jib. She has custom built fiberglass hatch over the cockpit, aft cabin, a Yanmar 70 horsepower engine and sleeps 8 comfortably.

This boat would be a great liveaboard. Come out and take a look.

Sails:
One mainsail, one jib.

ground tackle:
one anchor up forward with lots of chain, 3 winches on board, one below the mainmast and one inside the cockpit.

Rigging is all manual winches with new lines.

From Seller:
I do not use the boat much anymore as I live primarily abroad and I would rather find an owner that will love her and take care of her the way she needs. Hull condition is excellent!

No blisters (this is what my diver has informed me of)

The interior could use a little TLC and cosmetics. It's a very sturdy boat though with a great hull. Plus low engine hours.
