This one is powered by a Yamaha 250 with very low hours and Yamaha digital controls.

The Parker has been stored indoors in a rack facility since it was new. The Yamaha 250 has only 144 hours of occasional trips across the bay. The owner indicates the boat was used mostly for cruising, it was used for fishing only a handful of times.

The boat is very clean and the gel coat looks in excellent shape. Bunk marks on the hull bottom which are visible in the photos wiped clean with a finger swipe. Residue that is visible on the swim platform began to wipe off with a wet rag. The pilothouse is dry and clean with no signs of leaks on the headliner.

The wide-open deck was very clean and the typical marks and chips from fishing equipment were absent on this boat. Coaming pads and the aft bench seat upholstery looked very good. Stainless fittings had good shine.

The Loadmaster trailer is also lightly used and has been recently updated.
