Sylvan has designed and manufactured a family friendly pontoon boat with solid construction and beautiful materials. This Mirage 8520 has had one owner and has always been used on a freshwater lake.
The 20-foot dark pontoon with three gated entrances has room for 10 members and seating is plentiful. The cushions are thick and have multiple panels with tight stitching. The vinyl is in striking good looks.
Some of the seats have clean storage underneath. The lounge seats have strong leaning backs in the same marine vinyl.
The boat is powered by a Yamaha 115 hp 4-stroke outboard with a three-blade prop. The fuel tank is situated in an aft location with a sun pad on top. The boat has one battery with a battery switch that is easy to get to. A swim ladder is on the transom floor that is covered in a vinyl grass non-slip material.
The pontoons count of two has fins and strakes. Stainless Steel fixed cleats are sprinkled on the carpeted platform and the carpet covers the interior floor of the deck.
The boat is ready to go to a new buyer and with its better than most in good condition the value will continue for several years and summers to come.

The Interior is clean with no soil or mold, marine vinyl is in better condition with no tears, stains, mold, soil, sun damage or weather wear. The front gate is missing the panels. The depth sounder does not work. The exterior shows no damage. Pontoons appeared in normal wear.
