- POP Yachts and POP RVs combining to donate $10,000 to Make-A-Wish
- Company store permits employees and staff to add their own donations
- Staff donations broke the $2,000 mark in the first 48 hours
"In 2015, the director of our local Make-A-Wish spoke to a group I was a part of," said co-owner Nick Owens. "That talk literally changed my life. Since that day, I've served as a volunteer for our local Make-A-Wish chapter. I'm pleased to be able to have my company participate in supporting such an overwhelmingly positive cause."
POP Yachts is also opening up donations to all of its employees and staff, by permitting donations through its company store. At the store, staff members can trade in their earned points and the company will turn their points into donations at a 1:1 match.
In the past, employee giving through the company store has resulted in many thousands of dollars in toys for the pediatrics wing at our local hospital.
