When you need a great yacht tender or just a fun, light, easy riding boat to get out on the water, you just can't beat a Rigid Inflatable Boat (RIB). While they come in in all sizes, the Nautica Widebody 18 is just about the perfect size to carry a few couples out to the beach or the dock.
This Nautica 18 Widebody is powered by a Yamaha 115 HP four-stroke motor with low hours on the meter. The 115 is the perfect size for this boat, providing plenty of power to get on plane easily and move it swiftly through the water while sipping fuel. The seller reports that a full load of 40 gallons of fuel will last a very long time.
Inside you find plenty of seating and storage. While the sticker says it has a passenger capacity of 14 based on weight, 6-7 is a more comfortable number. Storage is found under the transom bench seat and the port side bench. Under the helm console seat is the battery and the bow seat houses the anchor. A very nice bimini covers almost the entire boat with shade.
If you are intending to use this as a yacht tender, the three point lifting harness is included.
A single-axle galvanized steel trailer is also included.
This boat appears visually to be in quite good condition. The inflatable tubes have a few patches here and there, which is not unusual in a RIB of this age. The seller reports that one air chamber on the starboard side has a very slow leak that he's never been able to find, but it's so slow that it only needs additional air every few weeks.
