It was commissioned in 2008 and built from core-10 steel with a yacht quality and professionally built interior.

It is equipped with radar, HF, SSB, GPS, autopilot, and depth sounder, and wind gauge.

The Bukh 24hp diesel engine has 445 hours and has 95 gallons of fuel capacity. It is also equipped with a water maker for 1/4 hours and an extra membrane.

It features a new Mantus ground tackle on 300' of chain and a 24' Paratech sea anchor. There are five new AGM SEALED batteries, a new inverter/charger, and a new 100' marine power cord.

In 2018 there was a hull ultrasound that tested
"as new" with no measurable corrosive wasting. Then there was a major refit performed and an epoxy barrier coating added to everything below the waterline. It was recommissioned October 2019.
