Pop Yachts provided excellent support throughout the entire purchase process for our long distance (12+ hours) boat deal. Extremely helpful answering all questions and providing resources needed for boat survey/inspection, water trial, funds transfers, and closing. Very easy to work with and the whole process was flawless. Our local broker, Chris Morrow, is a boat guy himself and very knowledgeable. He gets it, understands your concerns and was very helpful negotiating the deal and setting things up with the seller. The day of water trial and pickup he was on the spot and super helpful. Outstanding job, Chris! Our Senior closing Advocate, Tricia Thompson, was stellar as well. Always available for your call or quick to return messages. Handled everything with closing and documents easily and without issue. Job well done by the whole team! Note this was a "remote buy". Boat was located 12 hours away, so had to rely on a local surveyor and then plan our water trial and closing in person a couple weeks later. It worked out great, just as planned and our travel back home with the boat was without incident. Could not have gone any better, all thanks to the team at Pop Yachts. I was looking for the perfect used boat for months. I finally found it. But wait, of course it was across the country. Just my luck. I decided to get in contact with the listing agent at POP Yachts (Tom) to see what sort of options I had. What a difference Tom made in the entire transaction. He basically did everything for me. His ideas and suggestions were great. Not only was he the middle man in discussions with the buyer and the offer, he set up the meet up of myself and the boat and owner, he met me at the boat for a trial run over 3000 miles away. He even purchased the software to pull the engine hours and use onto his laptop. (since I wasn't able to hire a surveyor). Mel at POP was also a huge piece of the success, she handled all the paperwork involved. Explained everything in detail, answered every question i had within minutes of an email or text.
