April 2019--Installed New Full Batten Main Sail with the Lazy Bag, and New Jib. The Sails were manufactured
by Neil Pryde Sails Company that made the Original Sails for Beneteau 311.

New Jib Sheets, New Lazy Jacks,
New Upper Reefing Line, New Dock Lines, and Front Bumper were installed.

August 2019 -- Installed New Ignition Switch, Start Button, and Starting Battery.

The galley includes Stove, Oven, Sink, and storage. Head is complete with a handheld Shower nozzle and toilet.

Rig and Sail Particulars: Mast height from DWL is 46.58 feet.....mainsail is 241.44 feet

The hull type is Fin w/bulb and spade rudder. The official rigging type is Fractional Sloop.

You can expect a personal inspection of this BENETEAU to show it to be a very well maintained, properly updated, and well equipped vessel.

As described earlier, she is outfitted with new sails produced by NEIL PRYDE Sails.....the company that contracts with BENETEAU for its sails.
