The seller purchased this boat in 2018 and had a survey done that passed with flying colors.
This is an aft cockpit. You with step down to a portside double berth, galley and settee, starboard side quarter
berth aft, navigation station, and settee with double fold down teak table centered. The enclosed head is forward with an opposite locker, and it has a Full Sail and equipment locker in forward cabin. Inside you will find teak bulkheads, FRP and vinyl headliner, teak and holly sole inserts, and fabric cushions.
All navigation and engine monitoring instruments currently consist of a magnetic compass, digital depth sounder, knot meter, a GPS, Radar, auto-pilot, wind
speed and direction instruments and a VHF radio that is inventoried and in close view of the helm.
On the deck, you will find a cast aluminum stem head and 2 bow cleats It has a stainless steel bow rail, black
anodized toe rail, anchor locker, and stainless steel stanchions with double lifelines. There are gates port
and starboard, stainless steel stern pulpit, and a folding swim ladder.
A 36 hp Yanmar Marine Diesel engine powers this vessel when not under sail. Only 25 hours of use was recorded on the engine in October 2018. Approximately 20 more have been added to it.

At the time of the last survey in October 2018, this boat had a new tan bimini, new side curtains, a white sunshade, and covers for the steering binnacle, cockpit seats, and equipment boxes.
