The interior is beautiful with teak on the bulkheads, lockers, doors, and various trim pieces giving this CAL 31 an inviting space to eat, sleep, and play!
There are two berths. The V-berth has an insert to form a large double berth! The settee creates a nice double berth! There are Sunbrella covered cushions that were updated in 2021! There is also a fold-up table for mealtime!
The galley has a double sink, stove, icebox, and storage!
The head also has a shower, vacuum-flush head, a sink with a large vanity with storage space! Also has a port-hole for natural light!
Easy engine access under the companionway steps!
There are four sails that are in good condition: Mainsail, 110% jib, 135% genoa, and a Gennaker.
