This 1970 Cal Jensen 29 Sailboat has been renovated and practically rebuilt.

Configuration/layout: From the bow: forward cabin with V-berths; head to port with sink opposite; main cabin with dinette and quarter berth to port, galley and quarter berth to starboard; a cockpit with storage lockers port and starboard.

The boat can accommodate eight passengers and can sleep five comfortably.

There is a dinette for eating or just relaxing below when entertaining friends and family at sea.

The basic structure of the boat - the hull, deck, and interior, is sound. The foredeck has been largely rebuilt to correct a delamination condition.

The work has been well done. The standing rigging is all new, and the mast and sails are in good condition. The engine, fuel, and exhaust systems have all been rebuilt or replaced. The hull has been repainted.

The Universal Atomic 4 engine has been rebuilt with new gaskets, valves, hoses, and belts. Plus the controls: Separate levers for throttle and transmission, located on the steering pedestal.

A new instrument panel has been installed in the cockpit, with gauges for temperature, volts, oil pressure, RPM, and fuel.

A new, aluminum fuel tank has been installed.

She has all new USCG-approved type A1 hoses.

Original copper muffler, in good condition.

The bottom is smooth and fair with no bumps or hollows. A Tramex moisture meter was used over the whole bottom and topsides, with low moisture readings found everywhere.
