Check out this 1987 Cal 28-2! This vessel is a proven racer/cruiser designed by C. Raymond Hunt & Associates. A fast and comfortable floating cottage, and with an Interior 6' 1" headroom, and 10' 8" beam, you'll have much more room than many 30 footers.
Over the last few years, the boat has been used on the Niagara River where it was lightly raced and daysailed. The vessel comes with a newer mainsail, two rolling furling jibs, two spinnakers, and a cruising chute.
The Westerbeke diesel we're told runs strong (no hour meter). The boat sleeps 5, comes with a head and shower, stove, and icebox.
Day sails, club race, or cruising the Great Lakes, this Cal can get you on the water, without breaking the bank.

The 1987 Cal 28-2 appears in normal condition for a vessel this age. Last used the summer of 2019, and sitting on the hard at a marina since. We're told the engine ran well in 2019. The interior is being updated Fall of 2021, with more photos after it is finished.
