1989 Catalina 25 Wing Keel Sloop in El Dorado Hills, California

The current owner of this Catalina 25 Wing Keel was purchased back in 2005. Only ever used on a Lake in Northern California. This one has lots of gear and amenities that are being included.
It's obvious by seeing this boat that the current owner has taken very good care of the boat over the years.

There is lots of extra gear and improvements that come with this boat - (Improvements to the hull, deck, rigging, engine, & interior)

Per the seller -- "This boat was a labor of love for my parents. I am helping them sell this boat as they can no longer use it. Others in their sailing club say that this boat is in very good condition.

Overall condition looks to be very good -Said to be rated a solid 9 out of 10.
