Well, you have seen many a 1980's Catalina 36 but this one is likely one the best out there, having benefitted from the loving care of the same owner over the last 25 years.
This beauty is equipped with a $10K electronics package that was new in 2019. It includes a Raymarine AXIOM Chartplotter, autopilot, wind, depth AIS, and digital radar. Wow!! That's $10K in electronics alone.
She also has a new VHF and all of the lights have been updated to LED's. The cockpit and cabin cushions have been redone and she is stored under a custom canvas Fairclough winter cover. She also has an upgraded 32 gallon fuel tank.
The ~15-year-old full batten North mainsail has been regularly maintained and she sports a Genoa by Hallett Sails, which was new in 2019.
Oh, and don't overlook the full enclosure that allows you to begin your season early and extend it as late as you wish.
According to the seller, this boat is in turnkey condition. He rates her Awlgripped hull as 6 of 10 and the deck as an 8 of 10. The only inoperable items are the cockpit ampmeter and 4 solar vents.
