This 1979 Clipper Marine 30 Sloop is a Center fixed keel w/4.5 ft draft. 8' beam.

She has an 8.5HP Yanmar Diesel Inboard w/ 9.9 Yamaha Gas Turbo-prop Outboard w/ remote start and hydraulic lift.

Yanmar re-built in 2006 w/new shaft & prop at the time as well. 9.9 Yamaha purchased new in 2013.

Under 30 hrs on Yanmar, approx. 10-15 hrs on Yamaha.

---BOAT / OWNERSHIP HISTORY---
Note from the seller:

"I am the 2nd owner purchasing it in 2000. I have had it dockside ever since then until late Nov. 2017 when we decided to have it lifted and stored on the trailer in the boatyard to save dockside fees.

The one previous owner had it in the Sacramento Delta area and up to then was never in saltwater.

The beam is 8' which allows for the maximum trailering capability without requiring highway permits. This demands a slightly narrower craft.

The galley is a standup space for max 6' person w/ceiling handle bars for holding stability in open waters.

Portside is a bench, galley stove, refrig, holding bin, and sink. Starboard is a longer bench that pulls out into a bed fitting one comfortably, possibly two children.

Starboard side continues with a six gal porta-potty bathroom. Past that forward is the V berth, fitting two people.

Several life jackets are included as well as a free 'U' shape throw float, and another with tethered line to the boat for wrap-around pickup of man-overboard.

Has two small tube/cassette TV's. One in the galley, one in V Berth. Has DVD/CD Player in the galley area."

The overall condition is reported to be a solid 8 out of 10.

Per the seller: "We have taken tender lovin' care to both the boat & trailer including improvements done with pride."

To make perfect: At some point in the future, she could use a new set of sails -- The AC/DC fridge is only running on AC, and auto-pilot.

"Trailer in good shape, but could use new tires & rims if to be transported to distant area. (Tires have only 100 mi on them... but has been stored under cover since new 10yrs ago... no evident aging...rims show some rust)."
