She is a joy to sail...even for beginners. Good sails, 150RF genoa, new canvas covers (main sail, winches, helm and teak hand rails) in red Sunbrella, new running rigging and main block, 2 speed Lewmar winches, fresh bottom paint, FULL KEEL, keel-hung rudder, FRESH WATER COOLED 30 HP Atomic 4, low hours, Owner states never fails to start and runs like new. 40 gal H20, 12gal gas (with new sniffer), new lazy jacks, 2 sinks (galley & head) LECTRASAN head (no pump-out necessary) Smart Switch, full length galley/work area , sleeps five, 6' headroom, DryDeck over cabin sole, Norcold TekII fridge w/freezer, Origo 4000 double burner stove , one year old Uniden Oceanus VHF, new depthfinder not yet installed, 2 solar vent fans, 120V hookup, fluorescent lighting, plus DC lighting, plus two oil lamps, plus LED lights... custom cockpit cushions, new stereo.
Very stiff past 15/18 degrees, where she likes to sail.
Needs some minor cosmetic repairs/painting on the interior walls in the rear quarter berths.
Great for live-aboard or weekender.
