This one is ready for you to sail away. She shows pride in owner ship like few others on the market.

After Years at sea, she looks very well loved and appears ready to sail to whatever port you want.

The boat has taken her current (second owner's) many happy miles on various oceans and seas across the planet for the past 16 years.

We've seen the owner has maintained her in excellent condition, having made many upgrades, the last being in 2014 with a major hull renewal (see below for details). Numerous small extras have been added for cruising comfort. The seller tells us the boat looks better now and is in better condition than when they acquired her. But time has come for a change, age being an important factor.

Interior
-V-berth forward with filler, ventilators, storage drawers, hanging locker
-Saloon sleeps 3 with port and starboard settees, the latter converting to a double bed; cushions, ventilator, storm lamp, propane Thermix heater, storage drawers beneath and above the settees, book shelves, bulkhead mounted folding dinette table, 110 shore power, 12V plugs, hot water heater runs off engine or 110V shore power.

-Galley with propane Force10 stove and oven (2014), double stainless steel deep sink, hot and cold pressure fresh water pump, manual salt water pump, double soft water filters, led lighting, mosquito screens, navigation table with stool integrating garbage container, barometer, various tools.
-Aft to port, aft quarter berth cabin presently used for storage.

Information On Condition

Hull under went a full rebuild in 2014 in Trinidad & Tobago in 2014, Confirmed via 2014 Survey of vessel.

Engine underwent a full rebuild in 2016 by professional Mechanic. Currently we don't have exact details.

In 2014 a full Hull renewal was done, Where the bottom was deeply scraped, left to dry for 4 months, and rebuilt with fiberglass, epoxy and barrier coats. 2 Layers of paint over 3 layers of primer.

During the survey in 2016 a Haul out occurred and hull appeared in good condition.

As this survey is 3 years old, it is recommended to be viewed as a guide only and a fresh survey would be wise. We can not share old surveys.
