This 1972 Ericson Sailboat is designed by Bruce King and built by Ericson Yachts between 1971 and 1978. The Ericson 27 happens to have been one of this builder's most popular models.
The Ericson 27 is an easily single-handled small cruiser for the novice or experienced.
The previous owner converted the inboard to an outboard engine.
Sails are in "ok" condition not great. The current owner sails with the sails that are on the rig.
Could sleep 4 between the forward cabin couches, and the pilot berth. Also, the saloon table has a drop leaf or can fold against the bulkhead
The previous owner made custom covers for sails and all outside wood rails openings and seats so as to be covered and protected from sun and weather.
All the interior cushions have been reupholstered in a sharp Royal Blue color.
The seller believes that the sails on this vessel are the original sails that came with the boat.

~This 1974 Ericson sailboat has a Mercury outboard engine. The boat was converted into an outboard from an inboard.
~The bottom of the boat has many blisters
~The sails are in ok condition not great.
~The canvas inside and out has been redone to protect from the elements.
~The boat also has a new VHF radio.
~The head is a compost toilet.
~There are some fender marks on the hull
