This 1981 Hunter 30 sloop is located on beautiful Lake Quachita near Hot Springs Arkansas
The Hunter 30 footer is a sought after sailboat because of it's sailing appeal and interior accommodations, she has plenty of headroom and can sleep 6
There is a forward cabin with a double berth that closes off from rest of interior, a private head on the port side with a hanging closet across from it
The main salon has a dinette which converts to a double berth, starboard side has a settee berth, and a quarter berth on the port side which also provides a seat for navigation, and a u-shape galley
She has a stepped deck masthead rig and a Yanmar diesel engine which will get you to any destination you desire
Add on's include a 180-watt solar panel with a top of the line battery system that powers everything on board for up to a week at a time
There is a portable AC that will come with it and is in storage at the moment
This sailboat is in decent shape for its age, hasn't been used this season so could use some TLC and cleaning,
The windlass doesn't work and has been estimated $150 to repair it
The rest of the boat would clean up nicely and wood looks good
