The current seller has enjoy this ship staying on board and sailing around lake Texoma for the last 11 years. He is the second owner and is giving way to her new captain. Everything included. Dock box, dock equipment and all.
The interior is in real nice teak wood and in great condition. Everything on the inside goes also.
There is a small section in the galley (2x3' maybe) that is a soft spot in the floor BUT HEY, and any true sailor can easily get after that.
Tender included.
This vessel's gelcoat sparkles, still for it years in the sunlight. Some wood on the exterior needs some TLC but not much wood to maintenance at all.
The sailboat needs a new Bimini top (seller has old one for template)
