Island Packets are made for all sailors and weather conditions. This Mark II is located on the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland and has been on its fair share of day/weekend sailing trips including sailing the entire bay multiple times.

Feel confident jumping on board and setting sail knowing the current owners have recently installed a Garmin Echomap at the helm and the wind and depth gauges in the dash.

The cockpit can seat a small family or two couples comfortably. With all the lines running towards the cockpit, you can single-hand this Island Packet easily on those days when you need a little alone time or your first mate needs a nap.

On those days you need a little help getting back there is a recently rebuilt 2GM Yanmar 13hp that has been professionally maintained. This is a centerboard model, with 2'-10" to 5' draft, and can squeeze into shallow gunkholes making this the perfect sloop for bay sailing!

Below deck sleeps 5 comfortably between the V-berth forward, the starboard convertible double berth and the port berth. The galley features a 2-burner alcohol stove and a sink.

-Everything is in working condition with no known issues

-Recently the hull was stripped to the gelcoat and a new barrier coat and bottom paint was applied.

-The seller has also replaced/rebuilt the rudder, centerboard, bowsprit, cabin sole, and roller-furling.

-Main, Jib, and Spinnaker are all in good condition.

-Engine was rebuilt in 2017 and has only 100 hours on it since.
