Cabin sole (Plas-Teak) professionally installed to replace carpet in 2018. Very sharp and clean looking.!
Amenities include a fold-up table that fits against the bulkhead wall and the starboard side enclosed head has a manual toilet with macerator pump in-line. The head and galley have cold pressurized water.
Powered by a single Volvo-Penta diesel inboard that was an update over the original motor on this boat.!

The current owner says their 1977 ISLANDER 36 is in "Good Overall Condition".
As received from the current owner: The boat has been in dry dock, on the hard since October 2020 and is in "good condition" for her age; The boat was repowered with a Volvo-Penta diesel engine, hours are unknown; The engine runs good; Batteries were replaced in 2019.
Hoses from thru-hulls will need service or replacement. The hull bottom will need sanding and painting. Mid-hatch for the cabin needs attention, is leaky, probably needs new seals.
