Designed by Paul Kettenburg, and built at the renowned Kettenburg Boat Works on Shelter Island, HOMER ( formally Francis Caroline ) is the 31st boat of this design built in 1961 of Carvel planked Mahogany. Kettenburg boats are still recognized as the "Aristocrats of sail" on the Pacific Coast and represent the finest in West Coast yacht craftsmanship.
