On the Bay or River or Lake, the Pearson 27 is a fun and super easy-to-sail pleasure craft ready to take on waters near you! The boat comes with ALL the sails you need to get out on the water and start sailing away!

The current Owner upgraded the cabin area to include a 6,000 BTU Dometic Air Conditioner that keeps the below space nice and comfy on hot windless days.

On-board navigation, depth, and fishfinder will allow you to navigate through all kinds of conditions.

The Seller is also throwing in a bunch of accessories to go with the boat so you can start day one sailing!

Information On Condition

The boat is in good shape for the year. The bottom needs power washed and possibly a new coat of bottom paint, see pictures.

The main sail is brand new, never been used. The cockpit cushions (not shown) are in good condition and kept inside.
