The Pearson 34 is another example of fine production cruising boats made by Pearson throughout the '80s. This cruiser is equipped with all the needed equipment from sails, rigging, and electronics and has been well maintained by the owner. A comfortable boat suitable for day sailing, weekending, and extended cruising, this Pearson would be a great boat for sailors looking for their first adventure.
This beauty sleeps five with one stateroom forward with V-berth, chest of drawers, shelves above the bed and an opening hatch. The enclosed head is to starboard with vanity and sink with hot and cold pressurized water, marine toilet, holding tank, handheld shower, and sump pump. A large hanging locker is opposite.
The main salon is spacious due to the folding bulkhead-mounted teak dining table, and settee berths port and starboard with shelves above. The lift top chart table and open quarter berth are aft to starboard while the nice U-shaped galley is aft to port. The beautiful, working stainless steel portholes are a great accent to the decor.
The galley is equipped with an alcohol stove, ice box, stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressurized water.
Great headroom throughout and the Pearson makes for a very comfortable liveaboard.
The decking, stainless steel portholes, and railing all appear in good condition. The helm was clean and neat and the compass was clear and easy to read.
Below deck was very clean and the furniture had no stains, rips, or tears. The teak looked well taken care of and polished and all doors and windows were clean.
