The owner loved her for the last 15 years. Truly a 9+ out of 10.

She is constructed of balsa core to fiberglass.
With her large mainsail, she moves in the merest whisper of a breeze while the retractable keel holds course and facilitates self-steering. The boat is stable, safe and strong. A sheer delight even in high-wind conditions that leave other boats at their moorings. The cockpit welcomes guests and stays dry with the fully enclosed dodger.
The mahogany-trimmed cabin has standing headroom of 6' 6". There is enough space for an afternoon nap by the whole crew of seven, or even for several days of cruising.

Excellent condition due to ongoing work being performed diligently. The owner was in the marine industry and had many contacts to get work performed and labor has been done for him at a fraction of the full cost. This has been his hobby and passion for decades. The only thing next to do is to pull her out of the water and bottom paint- $2,000 investment.
The engine has been rebuilt inside and out. This is truly a turn key boat for a seasoned sailor or a newbie. All systems have been updated in the last few years as well as electronics. Don't forget she comes with a dingy and motor too!
