This 1980 Tartan 10 is a sloop designed and built to the high quality you would expect from Tartan. This design was first offered in 1978 and continued through 1984.
The Tartan 10, nicknamed T-10, is a 33' 1" keel boat that was designed by Sparkman & Stephens in 1978. Since then over 400 hulls have been built, of which many are still racing today. While this is an older design, the T-10 is still a very popular vessel.
This T-10 is constructed with a lead keel, aluminum mast and boom, and balsawood-cored fibreglass hull. It can sleep four, has a small sink, and a portable toilet.
The deck is flush to facilitate movement when underway, it was primarily designed for localized racing and daysailing, but can fare just as well on longer distances.

The representative has not personally seen this boat. It comes with two sets of sails. One set is for racing, and the other is for cruising and both are reported by the owner to be in good condition.
