Well this Watkins 36 AC is the boat for you. The Seller purchased this boat with the dream of doing extensive coastal cruising following some upgrades to the boat.
She has the unique layout that make this boat so special...with a main salon that will comfortably accommodate a mob. She easily sleeps 6 and maybe 8 in a pinch.
As with every boat project, this one took longer than anticipated and he has run out of time. His loss, your gain.
But you noticed that the price reflects that this is a bit of a project, and the following areas need work, among others:
-engine control cables need replacing
-need batteries
-needs new electronics
-Sails are in good condition but the running rigging needs replacement and the standing rigging should be inspected
-Fuel tank and lines need to be connected to the engine
-Stove needs replacing
-Air conditioning is in place but needs repair or replacement as does the refrigeration system
-bottom paint needs to be done with zincs replaced
-Needs ignition switch,
