The hull design of the Atlantic 34 makes the boat a good rough water boat in head seas with the sharp forward entry. Unlike most express boats which ride bow high the Atlantic gets on plane easily at lower RPMs.
For fishing the open layout provides easy access from helm to cockpit.
There is a large insulated fish box located amidship on the port side. Custom tackle center with plenty of draws is kept dry behind the helm seating.
For those who prefer trolling the tuna tower, outriggers, center rigger and teaser reals makes the Atlantic an ideal platform raise fish.
In addition to all the rod holders and rocket launchers the boat has a transom door to help bring in the big ONE.
While cruising or spending a night offshore the galley has increased headroom with the raised foredeck giving a more spacious layout
Hull: The boat is winterized and is currently in a slip. The freeboard, foredeck and transom appear to be in good with no soft areas. Photos of the bottom were taken Spring 2018.
Cockpit non-skid deck in fair condition with coaming pads showing some wear.
Tuna tower stanchions are in good condition. Tower controls for throttle and shift are not connected. Coaming pads and bimini top are in good condition.
Detroit Diesel 8.2TIs have approximately 2,400 hours. The boat is currently winterized. Sea trial will be schedule early April 2019. The engines were removed 2014 to replace oil pans, hoses and fuel lines.
Generator Kohler 5KW is out of the boat being serviced. To be installed by April 2019.
Electronics were not tested. Seller indicated all units are operational.
Cabin, Galley and Head are complete and fully operational. Water systems are currently winterized. Head has only a direct discharge for offshore operation.
