The vessel is in really overall nice condition for age, the boat was kept out of the water on a trailer by the previous owner for almost 20 years.
When boarding the vessel both engine fired right up, sounded great, and appeared to be well maintained.
The A/C was blowing strong and cold while visiting the vessel for pictures and information.
This vessel could also be a great coastal cruiser while visiting different places on the east coast and traveling the ICW
The local broker felt this vessel was in above average condition for age. The seller mentioned he keeps the bottom cleaned by a diver and also serves several of the vessel needs immediately as they are needed.
There is nice room in the cabin area, the vee berth is large and can comfortably sleep two adults, nice dinette and another berth or sitting area for guests.
