The water is our life!! I am as comfortable on the water as I am on land! I grew up camping, climbing trees and fishing in New Jersey. When we moved to Florida my woods were replaced by Sarasota Bay, sailing, fishing, exploring, swimming and sandbar hopping!! I married a beach bum and we spent our first 3 years on the road driving a semi tractor trailer, we saw most of the USA!! We came back to Florida to raise a family by the water as we did. My husband and I spend most of our free time on the water. We own a sailboat and 2 powerboats. We love to sail, race, relax at the sandbars and cruise to nowhere for the weekends!! There's nothing like the sound of sails full of wind!! I have 29 years working in the marine industry. I am enthusiastic to help you find serenity on the water too!!....

Wow, thank you for this follow up email. So refreshing after practically being ignored by yacht brokers in California.
Several times I flew down to see a boat only to find out it had been sold weeks previously.
Never a call back. They wanted to show me larger more expensive boats I didn't want. I felt like they are used car salesmen. Many brokers on the west coast don't update their websites availability.
Capt. Debbie is a godsend. I've been looking for about a year now. Never thought I'd be without a boat for over 8 months now.
The East coast seems more promising.

Just a quick note to let you know we are loving our new boat!!
We had it detailed, purchased a new prop which made a world of difference in the performance (especially take off) and we were able to clean out the speedometer sensor that was clogged with mud so now it functions again.
The boat is in really good condition and we are quite happy with it! The title documents delivered two weeks ago so we are all set.
