Growing up on an inland lake of Wisconsin much of my time was spent on it fishing, skiing, sailing and recreational boating.As a child I spent summers working at my grandparents resort refueling boats, renting boats and selling bait or whatever they needed help with.
Fast forward to today and I still try to get on the water as often as time allows, even if I'm out on a week long motorcycle ride I will always find a body of water to ferry across. (Just ask my riding friends) These days I live very close to a small harbor and try to crew on sail boats as needed for Thursday night races or just help when needed.
Being close to water has always been a part of my life and I hope it always will be.
