I have spent years honing those skills that allowed me to travel and work in some of the country's most beautifullocations, all with a theme of fine food, oceans, marinas, and sailboats.
I started in the Navy aboard CVN 71 working on the flight deck of an aircraftcarrier to pay my way via the GI bill through the Culinary Institute of America.
After working for 20 years as an executive chef, changing winds led me into the mortgageindustry, working both commercial and residential mortgages until 2008 when chaotic seas pushed me out of that industry and right back into the restaurant business, this time in the front of the house as bar manager, bartender, dining room manager and any other position that would help pay for three kids on their way to college.
A 3-year stint in the repossession business, as a repo agent in southern NJ has led me to a point in my career where, as an empty nester, I am able to chart a new course, one that will allow me to live my dream while helping others make theirs come true.
What do you dream about? When you can finally wind down for the day, where does your mind go? Do you picture yourself on a Trawler moving slowly down the Intracoastal Waterway? On a nicely trimmed mainsail, bow pointed to a tropical island? Getting to the gulf stream as fast as you can to spend the day slowly fishing for another dream? Or do you have a dream of your own? Whatever your dream, I am here to help make it a reality.
