Palm trees in Texas? Yep, you'll find them down South where I grew up... in the Rio Grande Valley. As a student, South Padre Island was the place to hang out. Once I matured (debatable), I left for Central Texas to attend the University of Texas at Austin. The curious thing about Austin is that everyone you meet is a musician. Fortunately, I fall into that camp, so I fit right in.
After college, I found myself working for a large technology company. Eventually, I caught the entrepreneurial bug and started my own business, which I operated for 27 years before selling it in 2016.
