Sam Smith has been working in the maritime industry for the past 10 years. Started as deckhand on Search & Rescue boats, he worked his way as Coxswain, instructor, etc. Sam worked mainly the St. Lawrence River but also the Canadian Arctic. He also gained experience as Skipper / Captain on various types of workboat working with construction companies and professional diving crew.
On the personal side, Sam, his wife Mary and their 4 kids enjoys the outdoors in both their RV's and Boats. Over the pas few years, the family have owned 2 travel trailers and 1 Class A motorhomes as well as a little Sailboat and also a Inflatable boat.
