The C&L 44 is a classic trawler for the Pacific Northwest. Just one look and it is not hard to imagine being in an isolated part of the San Juan's or the Inner Passage. Aft she has a walk around double bed and head with shower. The saloon includes a steering station, galley, dinette, and lounging area. The C&L has been run this summer. The seller is taking care of a couple of minor issues. At this time there are no known issues and the boat is ready to go.
The C&L was moved in Dec 2021 to a marina in the sound. The moorage is said to be transferable and the marina accepts liveaboards. The seller has had extensive work on the exterior wood. New pictures coming when the wood is restored to her original beauty.
Per the seller, all mechanical items are in working order.
She has been well-maintained, clean and ready for next owner.
