Step aboard and explore the deck. The comfortable aft cabin is great to watch the sunset. There is a full-size washer and dryer accessible from the aft deck. Step up to the top deck there is room for a party. The canvas top and enclosure will keep you comfortable from the elements.
The step down the aft deck steps into the salon. The galley is to the left. It is equipped with a stove, oven, double sink, microwave, plenty of cabinets freezer and refrigerator. There is a large dining table with room for 6. The helm is well equipped for your long voyages.
This vessel can sleep 6. The dining table drops down to make a bed, the forward berth has room for two and the spacious cabin very large for two.
Step down the aft step to the spacious aft cabin. There is a private head, plenty of cabinets and a walk-in storage closet.
The forward berth has room for two, high head room, a hanging closet and easy access to the forward head.
The reliable Lehmans are maintained. The hull stabilizers were recently serviced and will provide a great ride while underway. The Phasor generator provides plenty of power, and the two air conditioning units will keep you cool.
The seller has service records and documentation for recent work over the past few years totaling over $50K.
The boat looks nice for it age. The hull was clean. The sides of the cabin look fresh and shiny. The hull sides look to be in good condition. The blue strip looks nice. The deck could use some topside paint with non skid. The brightwork looks to be in good condition, however a topcoat would freshen it up nicely.
The carpeted aft deck looks to be in nice condition. The blue canvas looks to be in good condition. The top deck looks to be in very nice condition.
The cabin was clean with no smells. The woodwork looks nice with normal wear and tear and some water stains from previous leaks.
The aft cabin and head look very comfortable. The ceiling in the aft cabin could use some finishing. It was modified to fill in a previous hatch from the aft deck.
The forward cabin and head look to be in good condition.
The engine room was nice and bright. All the systems look to be in maintained order. No oily or fuel smells were present.
