The twin Ford Lehman 120 HP Diesel engines, with only 2,500 hours, are known for their reliability, and make docking this classic trawler a breeze.
The engines are equipped with syncronizers to automatically match RPM, and a Robertson autopilot relives the Captain from the stresses of hand steering over long runs.
The previous owner used the vessel as a USCG Auxiliary facility and equipped the vessel with redundant electronics at both helm stations. The HVAC A/C and heat are working properly.
With a little TLC, paint and varnish, the next owner will have a classic, well equipped trawler at a bargain price.
Vessel presents as expected for 40 year old Trawler.
Main engines were started and idled properly. Vessel was recently underway (10/2020) for demonstration purposes and all mechanical systems are operational. Velvet drive transmissions operated as designed forward and astern. Main engines only have 2,500 hours.
Per owner, all primary systems and electronics are working properly.
This vessel will require some TLC to bring back the paint and varnish to her former glory. The fuel tanks have previously been replaced and may need additional attention to the tank tops.
