She's powered by a Perkins 4.236 diesel engine, a 3-blade prop, and a Vetus bow thruster to easily navigate her.
The salon has plenty of seating and has a lounge area with a 24" Samsung TV with a digital powered TV antenna for better reception.
The galley features an ARB 110 - 12V standalone refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and a 2 burner propane range. There's lots of storage, counter space, and It's very open to the salon.
The bath has a transom shower, medicine cabinet, towel holder and is very roomy. A 100 gallon water tank, 2 gal hot water heater, and a composting commode provide conveniences while at sea.
A 16000 BTU air conditioner that has heat with a remote keeps the climate comfortable. The sunshades add privacy and help keep the boat cozy.
Anchoring is made easier with a Lewmar 1000 windless, a 30' chain, a 35lb Rocna anchor on her bow. There is additionally, a 25lb Fortress back-up anchor, a 25lb CQR spare anchor, and 150ft rode.

Wide open throttle (2200rpm) Runs at 9.5 mph. Normal cruising 1750rpm about 7.5mph. Burns about a gal an hour. Perkins 4-236, 4300 or so hours.
She appears well-kept and has many amenities, per Seller. Upholstery seems to be in very good condition and appears to have no rips or tears.
Composting Toilet is due for replacement. Holding tank removed if you want to restore to pump out..
