This 1984 Present Double Cabin Trawler is one of about 12 made by this manufacturer. She has been well-maintained throughout her life, per the seller.
Currently, she is on the hard as the seller is not able to use her due to health issues.
The interior of this vessel is well laid out, with lots of room in the main salon area with a sofa, a separate chair, and plenty of storage. There is teak throughout the boat giving it a beautiful finish. You'll also find opening windows and side access doors both on the port and starboard sides. You'll also find a lower helm that is fully functional per the seller.
Forward, there is a stateroom with a unique vee-berth with a dining table, which converts to a bed. There is an overhead hatch and 2 stainless steel port lights giving you plenty of lighting and ventilation for the cabin.
There is a spacious galley with a refrigerator, microwave, and stainless steel double sink. nice storage, and an electrical panel to starboard.
The master stateroom is aft with a center island queen berth and lots of drawers and lockers. There's also an overhead hatch for light and ventilation. The head has a separate tub and shower.

The hull of this 1984 Present Trawler appears to be in good condition with no blisters and good paint. The bright work is in need of some TLC to get her back to where she likes to be.
Per the seller: The built-in diesel generator is sick. Replaced last March with an on-deck Harbor Freight 4500 Watt electric start Predator gas generator.
The A/C is wimpy. The heating cycle works perfectly and cranks out the heat.
It needs paint and cushions.
The boat really needs new gauges up top.
All systems work per the seller, although the boat has been on dry dock for some time now, and will need to be checked out.
