The 1964 Rawson is a custom coastal cruiser trawler-like vessel. It has an aft deck cockpit with an entrance to the main lower cabin. The cruiser has a larger raised pilot house with a full forward below deck foscle. Inside, there is plenty of storage and large windows for great visibility. Accommodations for both owner and guests are uniquely generous.
The Rawson is known for building strong and heavy vessels. This one was built using molded FRP and has 3 bulkheads. The decking was built with fiberglass over marine plywood. The lower cabin has four sliding windows, one skylight hatch, and one rear door. The Pilothouse has sliding doors both port and starboard.
The seller has updated the interior. It has recently been painted and shows well. The Rawson has a great layout of two separate forward berths, a large seated area and helm in the pilothouse, and a very spacious salon and galley aft.
