We're sorry to see this one go but happy to say that she has been sold.
Searunner Trimarans were designed by Jim Brown and are offered in 5 sizes; from a folding, trailerable 25-footer up to the 40-footer. They are sophisticated composite blue water sailing vessels, sheathed with fiberglass and epoxy. These boats are well-known in cruising circles and have been built in many countries around the world. All of them feature central cockpits, centerboard, walk-through main bulkheads, and cutter rigs to distinguish them from other designers' work. Their slightly compound-curved composite topsides and clipper bows give these boats a distinctive look.
Searunner 31 features cutter rig, forward and aft cabins with combined sleeping room for four persons, central cockpit, and 5' centerboard. A rigid A-frame configuration is designed for maximum deck space. Searunner 31 boasts sophisticated design by Jim Brown and is suitable for offshore passages.
With 35' mast and 552 square feet of sail area this trimaran sails at upward of 10 knots and can take rough seas with ease. Shoal draft is perfect for Bahamas and Florida Keys.
2009 Yamaha F20PLR 20 HP 4-stroke outboard with a 25 gallon fuel tank cruises at 6 knots under outboard motor power.
There are two cabins, each with sleeping accommodations for two passengers. Cabins feature wood cabinets and 6' 4" headroom.
Sails and standing rigging are in good shape. There is a 357 square feet genoa and a 195 square feet main sail. Cutter rig designed for singlehanded sail operation from central cockpit.
Trimarans glide over water, offer excellent stability and shallow draft of only 3' with a 5' centerboard up, designed for offshore sailing.
Hulls appear solid with no soft spots, hauled out 7 month ago. Both the hull paint and the bottom paint are new in January 2016.
Per seller - checked for blisters none found. Scraped every month. Standing rigging cables appear solid. Sails are OK.
