I recently purchased a boat that I found thru a Pop Yachts follow up email. Bob Racz at Pop Yachts was the seller's broker, and I did not have a broker working on my behalf. All of my questions were answered the same day, and all of the coordination of the survey and sea-trial was done as efficiently as possible. This boat was 600 miles away from me, so having over a hundred pictures available was absolutely essential in allowing me to commit to travelling this far to purchase a boat. Also, the closing coordinator, Lauren Angelillo explained all of the processes in detail, so I always new what to expect and there were no surprises. In summary, I can't think of any way this could have been improved.
