Lower hull is arranged as follows: located forward was the forepeak, followed by a storage
compartment, the water tank, the machinery space with two each port and starboard side diesel

The deckhouse is arranged as follows: located forward on main deck was the galley, followed by
the head with shower with the machinery space located aft.
Located on the second deck is the
pilothouse forward and the captain's quarters aft.
Galley was sheathed with wooden paneling in
way of the overhead; tongue and groove in way of the sides; and with vinyl tile in the galley and
head. Overhead and side sheathing in the head is painted steel.
Interior heated with portable heaters only and pilothouse fitted with an air conditioning unit.
The boat can be shown with 24 hours notice
The boat for its age is in normal condition
Housekeeping could be a little better this is a working Tug
Engine room has the normal amount of oil leaks which is normal for the engine
Below water line could use a pressure wash to remove marine growth
