This experience exceeded all of our expectations from the beginning with the inquiry about how this worked to setting up a request to sell our boat. Every time I called with questions they answered the phone and acknowledged me by name. My sales person Jim Spicer was very responsive and did an outstanding job with taking the photos and video of my boat. In fact the buyer of my boat stated that it was the video that was the greatest influence in deciding to look at our boat in person and ultimately buy our boat. John Lombardi streamlined the process of the buyer offer and our final sales agreement. And last but not least Christine Harrower our closing advocate did an outstanding job on making sure we had the correct forms to complete provide clear direction on what items to provide her communicating to us daily on the status of closing.
