1981 Grady-White 240 Offshore Fishing Boat in Meriden, Connecticut

Time to go fishing!

This 1981 Grady-White 240 Offshore has been with the same owner since 1982. The maintenance of the boat was completed annually without fail.

This is a great boat to go out and enjoy a day of fishing. The boat comes with a hard top and it is fully enclosed. It is fully equipped with all the necessary fishing amenities; such as a live bait well, built-in rod racks in the cockpit (on each side), and insulated fish boxes. It also comes with safety lifejackets as well.

The boat has been used primarily on the ocean. It is very stable and easy to handle, especially with the hydraulic steering which allows you to easily handle the boat to maneuver it when traveling.

The boat was re-powered in 2011 with a 200 hp Evinrude E-Tec engine which has less than 200 hours on it. Two (2) new batteries were installed, spring 2018.

The fuel tank and the floor covering were replaced eight (8) years ago and the transom was replaced three (3) years ago. The fish finder and GPS are in working order.

The trailer is included which has been completely redone with two (2) New Dual Axle and Brakes. The tires (4) and rims (4) were replaced in 2015. The trailer also has an electric winch and it comes with three (3) spare tires.

Information On Condition

The boat is currently winterized and fully enclosed in shrink-wrap.

Per the seller, the radar needs to be replaced. All other features/electronics are operational and the boat is ready to go out for a day of fishing.

The condition of the boat and its' features will be fully assessed when the boat is no longer winterized and the boat becomes accessible/available in the next few weeks.
