Beautiful and solid Pursuit 2550 Walkaround ready for a new home.
This boat is being sold by the 2nd owner, who has owned the boat since 1992. The boat has been kept out of the water from April to December of every year since. Another update by the current owners is a pair of 2005 Yamaha 150 4-stroke engines for improved reliability and usability.
Built for rough seas, this is a very dry boat to cruise around. The low transom allows for easy access to bring the catch into the boat. There is a big live well in the floor easy to access from the aft area of this boat.
Midship, your helm is protected by a bimini top. Controls are easy to reach and operate. Lots of storage compartments in this area. There are 2 big fish boxes behind the seats.
The roomy cabin provides a nice spot to get some rest from the elements. A comfortable V-berth with storage underneath easily sleeps 2. There is a sink and counter space right by the entrance. There is plenty of room to stand up if needed.
Overall great classic look, with updated engines and gauges. A must-see!!!
The boat is solid all around. The engines are currently winterized, and both of them turn easily. The starboard engine has a broken fin on the lower unit. The seller claims it doesn't affect the operation of the boat.
Needs a service before launching the boat again. The floor is strong all through the boat. The bimini is in great condition as well as the electronics.
The cabin is really clean, the upholstery is in great condition.
The trailer shows some wear and has plenty of life. The brakes are not connected.
**The boat needs a new helm.
